Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for how you may and may not use Invizi. It applies to all use of the Service — the marketing site at invizi.co, the application at app.invizi.co, the API, and any related surfaces. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service; defined terms carry the meaning given there.

You may not

The following uses are prohibited. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.

  • [a] Automated trading or execution against Invizi data. Invizi is an information platform; using its outputs as inputs to automated trade execution, order routing, or algorithmic decision-making against any exchange is prohibited without express written permission.
  • [b] Price referencing for derivatives or order routing. Using Invizi's signals or computed values as the reference price for any derivative, structured product, or trade-routing system.
  • [c] Scraping, bots, spiders, or automated extraction. Using any scraper, robot, bot, spider, data-mining tool, or automated process to access the platform or extract data beyond ordinary personal use.
  • [d] Reverse engineering or model extraction. Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the source code, algorithms, or model weights underlying any signal or AI-generated content.
  • [e] Security probing without authorization. Penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or any other security research without prior written authorization. (See our Security and Disclosure page if and when published, for the responsible-disclosure channel.)
  • [f] Automated load exceeding rate limits. Generating request volume that exceeds documented rate limits or that materially degrades service for other users.
  • [g] Resale or redistribution of derived signals. Re-selling, sub-licensing, or redistributing Invizi's signals, scores, or chat outputs to third parties.
  • [h] Competitive benchmarking. Using Invizi to benchmark a competing service, or to develop a competing product based on Invizi's outputs.
  • Illegal content or use. Transmitting, storing, or directing the platform at content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including harassment, fraud, market manipulation, or sanctions evasion.
  • Abuse of others. Using Invizi's outputs (alerts, chat, signals) to harass, deceive, manipulate, or surveil other users or third parties.
  • Wallet-watching boundary. The personal watchlist (UserTrackedAddress) feature is for the user's own analysis. No surveillance-as-a-service, no resale of derived watch-data.

Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in account suspension, termination without notice, removal of content, and where applicable, legal action. Termination terms are described in our Terms of Service.

Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is violating this AUP, email abuse@invizi.co. Include enough detail for us to investigate: URLs, account handles (or wallet addresses if applicable), timestamps in UTC, and a brief description of the harm. We will acknowledge reports within five (5) business days.

Security research and responsible disclosure

We welcome security research that follows the responsible- disclosure rules in our Security Policy (or the /.well-known/security.txt file). Acting in good faith under that policy means you are not violating this AUP. Probing or scanning outside that policy is prohibited.
